Thank you for shopping with Nàdarra Boutique. Each item is thoughtfully curated, handcrafted, or prepared with care. Due to the handmade and personal nature of many of our products, we maintain the following return and refund policy.
Returns
At this time, Nàdarra Boutique LLC does not accept general returns or exchanges on:
- handmade items
- ritual products
- candles
- teas
- bath and body products
- opened or used items
- seasonal or limited-edition items
- digital products or downloadable content
All sales are considered final unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at:

Once reviewed, Nàdarra Boutique LLC may offer:
- a replacement
- store credit
- or a refund at our discretion
Requests submitted outside the 5-day window may not qualify for resolution.
Refund Eligibility
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was caused by Nàdarra Boutique LLC.
Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- used or opened products
- candles that have been burned
- opened teas or consumable products
- bath and body products that have been opened or used
- custom or personalized items
- preorder deposits
- gift cards
- digital downloads or printable products
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once order processing or fulfillment has begun, orders cannot be canceled.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Nàdarra Boutique LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
If you experience delivery issues, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking information.
Natural Variations
Because many of our products are handmade or created with natural materials, slight variations in color, scent, herbs, crystals, texture, packaging, or appearance are normal and are not considered defects.
