Products & Availability

Because many of our products are handmade, small-batch, or naturally sourced, slight variations in color, texture, scent, herbs, crystals, packaging, appearance, or weight may occur. These natural variations are not considered defects.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue products, limit quantities, refuse service, or cancel orders at our discretion.

Preorder or made-to-order items may require extended processing times. Estimated shipping timelines will be noted on the product page when applicable.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice.

Nàdarra Boutique LLC reserves the right to correct pricing errors, inaccuracies, omissions, or typographical mistakes at any time, including after an order has been submitted.

Payments are securely processed through third-party payment providers such as Shopify Payments, PayPal, Shop Pay, or other approved processors. Nàdarra Boutique LLC does not store full payment information on our servers.

Shipping Policy

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–3 business days unless otherwise stated.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within the continental United States.

Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii may require additional shipping fees. If additional shipping costs apply, we will contact you prior to shipment.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available upon request. Please contact us before placing your order for availability and shipping estimates.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional shipping fees for reshipment.

Nàdarra Boutique LLC is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Nàdarra Boutique LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once processing, fulfillment, or shipment preparation has begun, orders cannot be canceled.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders suspected of fraud, unauthorized transactions, or policy violations.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handmade and personal nature of many of our products, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 5 days of delivery and provide photos of the item and packaging.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was caused by Nàdarra Boutique LLC.

We reserve the right to deny refund or replacement requests that do not meet our policy requirements.

Allergy & Ingredient Disclaimer

Our products may contain herbs, botanicals, essential oils, fragrance oils, flowers, spices, nuts, soy, or other natural ingredients.

Customers with allergies, sensitivities, pregnancy concerns, medical conditions, or health-related concerns should carefully review all product descriptions and ingredient information prior to use.

Discontinue use immediately if irritation, discomfort, or sensitivity occurs.

Candle Safety Disclaimer

Never leave a burning candle unattended. Burn candles only on heat-safe surfaces away from children, pets, drafts, curtains, or flammable materials.

Trim wicks before each use and follow all candle care instructions provided with your purchase.

Nàdarra Boutique LLC is not responsible for damages or injuries resulting from improper candle use or failure to follow safety guidelines.
